Sugar Cured Jowl Bacon - 1 lb

I've tried all the store brands, deli counter bacons, and meats from other online purveyors.

I have put in three separate orders for this bacon and all three were fantastic fresh from shipment or out of the freezer.

Thicker than store bacon not the steak cuts some make, practically perfect in every way.

The best jowl bacon i ever ate and i know bacon because we raised hogs and butchered them every winter when i was at home. It was all done the old fashioned way head sausage and every thing else.
