Shipping policy

All shipments are hand packed with special care in insulated boxes. We use dry ice and frozen ice packs.  Products are shipped fresh and frozen depending on the product. It is possible for frozen products to thaw during shipping, however that will not affect product quality at all and feel free to refreeze that product when you receive it!

Order must be rec'd by 9:00 am CST for same day shipping.  We encourage that orders be placed ASAP to help us better serve you.

Orders are shipped mainly shipped Fed Ex or UPS Monday through Wednesday. Additional shipping is dependent on delivery option chose and varies depending on situation. Saturday delivery is available upon special request only(contact retail store)*additional fees may apply.  You will receive an e-mail when you place your order as confirmation, and when your order is shipped containing the tracking number.

You are responsible to provide the proper information for the delivery of the product within the period that is required for the perishable content. Paradise Locker is not responsible for any package that is lost or stolen after the delivery confirmation is received.  
You, as the receiver are responsible for making yourself (or someone) available to receive the shipment and take the care needed to insure the quality of the product when it arrives.
