Paradise Locker does not accept any return shipments of product due to the perishable content of the product.
We take great pride in providing the highest quality products and customer service for our patrons.
If you feel that the product you received does not meet the standards that were represented, please take some pictures of the package and contact us within 48 hours of your receipt of the product at info@paradisemeats.com. Our team will be more than happy assist you.
We will review these on a case by case basis and do everything we can to satisfy our customers.
