Who are subscriptions built for?

Meat Geek Subscription Boxes are for any Meat Geeks out there who want to eat well, save money, and check something off their list once and for all. We've got curated options for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner as well as a Grinds option for extra flexibility. Check out our recipe pages if you're stuck on recipes for any of the items in the boxes. We set these up to help you not forget your meals.

How can I get FREE shipping?!

Any orders over $200 get FREE shipping! Or pickup your order in store for FREE.

If you're in the Kansas City area we've got some amazing shipping rates for you no matter what you order.

What discount do I get for subscribing?

If you choose the every 2 week subscription you get 15% off.

If you choose the monthly subscription you get 10% off.

If you choose the every 2 months subscription you get 5% off.

Can I skip a subscription?

You sure can! We try to make it as flexible as possible for you.

Can I subscribe to something other than these four boxes?

Not yet! If we get enough subscriptions on these boxes we'll add more options. Send us a note at info@paradisemeats.com on what you'd like to see in our next subscription box!

What do you use to keep my meat fresh?

All shipments are hand packed with special care in insulated boxes. 

We use dry ice and frozen ice packs.  Products are shipped fresh and frozen depending on the product. It is possible for frozen products to thaw during shipping, however that will not affect product quality at all and feel free to refreeze that product when you receive it!

Note that products like bacon, lunch meats, summer sausages, and some steaks are not frozen. If you're ever wondering whether something was supposed to arrive frozen, just give us a call!

When will I receive my order?

Order must be submitted by 9:00 am CST for same day shipping.  We encourage that orders be placed ASAP to help us better serve you.

Orders are shipped mainly shipped Fed Ex or UPS Monday through Wednesday. Additional shipping is dependent on delivery option chose and varies depending on situation. Saturday delivery is available upon special request only (contact retail store)*additional fees may apply.  

You will receive an e-mail when you place your order as confirmation, and when your order is shipped containing the tracking number.  

Do you offer refunds?

Paradise Locker does not accept any return shipments of product due to the perishable content of the product.  

We take great pride in providing the highest quality products and customer service for our patrons.  If you feel that the product you received does not meet the standards that were represented, please take some pictures of the package and contact us within 48 hours of your receipt of the product at info@paradisemeats.com. Our team will be more than happy assist you.

We will review these on a case by case basis and do everything we can to satisfy our customers.
