Our son gave us a package of the Braunschweiger as a gift. It's hands down the best I've ever tasted. The bacon and liver flavors are subtle, and the onion doesn't overpower the pork. We're used to Illinois and Wisconsin Braunschweiger, and this is so much better. The texture is a little coarser and drier than what we're used to (not like pate) and the flavor goes great on a sandwich or cracker.
