All of our pork is expertly harvested, cut, and packaged right here in Trimble, MO! We source our hogs from local, small family farms, who raise the Berkshire breed outside on pasture or in deep bedded, open air hoop buildings. Our farmers never use any antibiotics in their hogs they bring to us. Unmatched in flavor, tenderness, and moisture content, you will definitely notice the difference in our pork!
