Sugar Cured Smoked Bacon - 1 lb

I ordered 6 packages of sugar cured bacon online. It looks like I got very thinly sliced ends and scraps (as you can see in the pictures.) I also ordered bacon ends so I could compare. I have been going to Paradise meats for over 5 years and never had an issue. I hope this is a one off but I was very disappointed.

There's nothing like a BLT in the summer with vine-ripened tomatoes and quality bacon. No more store-bought bacon for me! Paradise Locker Meats is now my go-to business for meats. I cook the bacon in the oven at 400 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, The bacon is crispy and chewy at the same time.
