Got these as a gift, they looked good but I figured I’d be disappointed. Well- jokes on me. Sous vide for about 2 hours and finished on the grill in cast iron. Honestly the best steaks I’ve ever made/ awesome flavor, amazingly tender. We don’t eat steak often, and typically will get a ribeye or 2 from Whole Foods (at about the same price point) when we do. The only thing these steaks had in common with WF is price- they blow away WF steaks in every possible category. If you want a treat- these are what you need.
These steaks were amazing. Thick, juicy and so tender. Will definitely be adding these to my order every time. They are a must try.
