Paradise Butterfly Pork Chops
Our premium pork is best whatever your preferred cooking method is, but we love our chops on the grill!

- Preheat the grill to 450-500° F.
- Sear the chops then allow to cook for 3 minutes.
- To make iconic crosshatch markings, rotate chops at a 90° angle for 3 more minutes and flip.
- Repeat crosshatch marking on the other side then move chop off coal or direct heat and finish cooking to 140° F. internal temperature on a meat thermometer.
- Remove chops from the grill and let meat rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
