Rendered Pork Lard - Approx.2 lbs.

The last time I bought this was about 2 years ago, kept one in the freezer till it was ready to be used, but I must say I had to buy 2 more because I gave 1 to a friend who bakes pies, best crust ever, I use this for frying potatoes and other foods, it gives that nice crisp taste, and is not rancid like vegetable oils, or canola, and it's better for your heart,

Great lard for flour tortillas and refried beans. My mother made the best flour tortillas being Tex-Mex and I wanted to recreate her flavorful flour tortillas. My flour tortillas turned out great with this lard.
