Braunschweiger - 16 oz

I come from a German background and always excited to try liverwurst. We have tried some from many places but by far this is the best to what we made home made. Ever since we found this place and try it I have come back to order more. We currently have 8 tubes in the freezer and I am even getting it for a neighbor for xmas since he enjoyed it so much, he is also german. I would recomend this to anyone far exceeds my expectations. Our son gave us a package of the Braunschweiger as a gift. It's hands down the best I've ever tasted. The bacon and liver flavors are subtle, and the onion doesn't overpower the pork. We're used to Illinois and Wisconsin Braunschweiger, and this is so much better. The texture is a little coarser and drier than what we're used to (not like pate) and the flavor goes great on a sandwich or cracker.

I received my first order from the online store and it was quick and cold. The meat quality is amazing and the taste even better. I will be a regular! The. Pepper bacon, Hot dogs and Braunschweiger were all the best I ever had. Haven’t cooked the brats yet but can’t wait. You have to try this place.
