We've been on a quest to find and prepare the perfect Boston Butt. Our last smoke was our first Fantasma Boston Butt, and it became the wife's favorite. Family was coming, and so we ordered more 12+ lb. Boston Butts. Every butt is different and calls to be smoked differently. These butts, being so well marbled and having a thick fat cap, called to be smoked low and slow with the fat cap down with the marbling providing moisture from the top. The smoke last 24 hours. Our family claimed it was the best pulled pork they ever had. We'll be ordering more.
