Bone in Shoulder Roast - 3-5 lbs.

We have been buying Pork and pork products from Paradise Meats for 10 years. We have never been disappointed. Staff is helpful and friendly, pork arrives promptly and in perfect condition, and the flavor/quality of the meat is amazing. We buy mostly shoulders, hocks, and tenderloins, but occasionally try their processed products. The smoked Kielbasa is the best we have ever tried. Only way we could do better is to grow our own!

This is a good size to smoke for a family. I gave it to my son-in-law who smokes a lot of meat for his family of four. It arrived promptly and in good conditiion.
