Tri Tip Roast - approx. 2-4 lbs. lbs.

I have bought my tri-tip roasts in the past from grocery store chains, and this one blew them out of the water.

I cooked it in dark Guinness beer in the crock pot with my own mix of corned beef spices. It was superb! Tonight I'm going to grind the few leftovers for a stuffed pepper filling. I LOVE cooking, eating, serving and gifting quality, healthy, local farm raised meat, and I am blessed to have the folks at Paradise Meats as a local, nationally recognized, award winning source!

Have gotten many Tri Tips for the grill. Taste like prime rib! Highly recommend!

The last time I had tried a tri-tip roast was many years ago when my Dad, who raised Brangus cattle, gave me a side of beef that included a tri-tip. I rarely see this type of roast in stores, so decided to try Paradise Meat's tri-tip. Oh my goodness!!! Why did I wait so long to try the tri-tip again? The roast was flavorful and very tender, and it is now on my rotating menu. The recipe that I used gave directions for both oven-cooked and grilled. The interesting tip that this recipe focused on was to "massage the meat" after coating the roast with spices and olive oil. The author said to either "massage the meat now or chew later."
