We are proud to offer "locally raised" pork whenever possible.

Many of our fresh pork items currently come from Norton Farms in Plattsburg, MO and Keefhaver Farms in Edgerton, MO.

We also feature breed specific Heritage Foods USA pork raised by these local farmers:

Our fresh pork is cut and frozen immediately to preserve its freshness. It is packaged in thick cryovac pouches to extend its freezer life.

Our sausages are made fresh from homemade family recipes that is also frozen immediately to preserve freshness and to keep from adding preservatives.

We are also able to offer some specialty cuts that you don't see in your normal grocery store, like, ossobucco and 10-rib frenched loins.
